“DEAR BASKETBALL” GETS ITS OSCARS.

Kobe Bryant has a new trophy to add to his 5 championship with the Lakers. This past weekend Kobe Bryant and Glen Keane won there nomination for a Oscars for Kobe retirement letter he wrote for the Players Tribune. It was turn into an animated short film title ” Dear Basketball” . A poem for the love of the game. During his acceptance speech Kobe did turn on his mamba mentality by giving a lil jab to Fox News host Laura Ingraham, Bryant said: “As basketball players we’re supposed to shut up and dribble. I’m glad we do a little bit more than that.” which was reaction from her recent comments made to the NBA players. Kobe later elaborate more on his comments by saying ” I think for us, not just as athletes, but as people in general, we have the ability to what it is that we believe in. Whether you’re a professional athlete or not, whether you’re an actor not, you still have the ability to speak up for what it is that you believe in“.
